If you check the SMS consent box, we also record that you gave consent, the exact consent wording you agreed to, and the date and time.

We also automatically collect limited technical information through cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser type, device, IP address, the page you came from (including ad campaign tags), and how you interact with our website. We do not collect payment information through this website, and we never ask for card numbers or bank details on it.

02How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your appointment request: to confirm we can reach your location, to confirm your date, time and final price, to send deposit instructions, and to provide the mobile auto detailing services you ask about. Ramos Detailing will follow up with you by phone call or email, and by text message only if you checked the SMS consent box. 03SMS / Text Messaging

Text messaging is optional. If you check the SMS consent box on our appointment request form, you agree to receive customer-care and transactional SMS text messages from Ramos Detailing about your appointment request: confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, service follow-ups, and replies to your questions.

This is a transactional, customer-care program. Its messages relate only to your appointment request and our service. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase; you can request an appointment without checking the box, and we will contact you by phone or email instead.

04No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Information

Your phone number is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; it is shared only with the messaging providers needed to deliver these texts.

SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for text messaging are used solely to communicate with you about your appointment request and service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number or your SMS opt-in consent.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, our customer-management and messaging software, and our payment processor for deposit invoices, and only as needed to respond to your request and provide our services.
