These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ramosdetailing.com, operated by Neftali Ramos, doing business as Ramos Detailing ("Ramos Detailing," "we," "us," or "our"), your submission of an appointment request, and our SMS text messaging program. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

01Appointment Requests

Submitting our form is a request for a mobile auto detailing appointment, with no obligation. Nothing is charged when you send a request, and sending one does not create a contract or confirm an appointment. After we review your request, we confirm the date, time and final price with you. Your appointment is confirmed only after we approve it and receive your 25% deposit, as described in our Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Prices on this website are starting prices. Your final price depends on your vehicle's size and condition and is confirmed with you before your appointment. Any estimate shown after you submit the form is based on the options you chose and is not a final quote.

02SMS / Text Messaging Program

Text messaging is optional. If you check the SMS consent box on our appointment request form, you agree that Ramos Detailing may send you customer-care and transactional SMS text messages about your appointment request. These messages include confirmations that your request was received, appointment scheduling and reminders, appointment confirmations, service follow-ups, and replies to your questions.

This is a transactional, customer-care program. Its messages relate only to your appointment request and our service. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Your phone number is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; it is shared only with the messaging providers needed to deliver these texts.

03How to Opt Out (Reply STOP)

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then we will stop sending you SMS messages. To rejoin, check the consent box on a new request or contact us.

04Help & Support Contact (Reply HELP)

For help with our SMS program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact Ramos Detailing directly by phone at (202) 933-3234 or by email at neftalir4789@gmail.com. We will respond with support information about your messages.

05Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages you send or receive. Message frequency varies. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier, and Ramos Detailing is not responsible for any fees your carrier charges.

06Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages depends on your mobile carrier's coverage, service, and network availability, and is not guaranteed.

07Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, submit an appointment request, or opt in to receive SMS messages from us. By using this site you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

08Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate contact and vehicle information so we can confirm your appointment and price. If your vehicle's size or condition differs from what was described in your request, the final price may change, and we will confirm it with you before we start.

09Offers

First-time customers save 15% on eligible services. The 15% applies to the service price only, not add-ons, deposits, or rescheduling fees. Offers cannot be combined; the best eligible offer applies, and eligibility is confirmed before your appointment. This offer is shown on our website only.

10Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramos Detailing is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any rights you have regarding detailing services actually performed for you.

11Privacy Policy

Your use of this website and our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and that we do not share your SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed.
